This restaurant is located in Union Market. It’s like counter diner eating. We stopped in for breakfast sandwiches. It was a nostalgic NY style breakfast. Steak, eggs and cheese on a bagel. The meat, egg, cheese and bagel ratio was evenly proportional and the flavors were very good.
What a cute bagel place. We stopped here for a late breakfast and were so impressed with the food.
All the staff were super friendly and the bagels were delicious. I had the Ruben bagel.

So, I love a good ol BEC (bacon egg and cheese) ordered through DoorDash. And decided to give this place a try. I ordered a Bacon Egg and cheese w/cheddar on ciabatta & the live love latkes.
Everything was good. My only complaint was my BEC… barely any egg in my sandwich. If I’d known I’d have to order 2-3 more eggs… I guess that’s what I would have done.
I’m wondering if it was so little egg because it was delivery.🧐 after looking at some photos, every sandwich looked full…
Maybe I have to visit to see 🤷🏽♀️
Great bagels, and they play cool music, but we had to wait over 30 minutes to get 2 bagels with cream cheese. The self order kiosk isn’t great either. I’m at a restaurant for a reason… if I need to place my own order to the kitchen, get my own beverage (which you do), and bus my own table, what am I tipping 30% for? Anyway, 4 stars because the bagels were really good.
Fresh and delicious the environment was very clean. I would definitely recommend this place really fresh delicious bagels.
My husband and I recently visited Buffalo & Bergen and had an incredible experience. Despite arriving close to closing, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable, ensuring we didn't feel rushed. The cozy ambiance added to the charm of the place. Their knishes were fantastic—flavorful, crispy, and tender. The attentive and friendly service made the meal even more enjoyable. We can't wait to go back soon for another delightful dining experience.
I just ordered an everything bagel through Door dash and as I am eating, I find a hair in the bagel. It is just fully intertwined in the bagel which is absolutely unsanitary. I tried calling multiple times and a person hung up on me and then my other two calls were ignored. I politely asked to speaks to the manager and that’s when the person hanged up. Never will order again
We get buffalo and Bergen like once a week because we love it so much and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great bite to eat, especially so close to the capitol. I recommend the bees knees, it is quite tasty! We also recommend the green peace for a vegetarian friendly option
